Gowex, the Madrid-based Wi-Fi operator, has begun providing free Wi-Fi service in the Ajaccio, the capital of the island of Corsica (birthplace of Napoleon Bonaparte and popular holiday island), just in time for the Tour de France and the summer holiday season.
